Healthcare has been part of my professional life since 1996 — but it has never been only about a job title.
I started my career in nursing and spent many years close to patients and clinical teams before moving into management, education and eventually Healthcare IT. That journey still shapes how I think about technology today.
I believe good healthcare software starts with understanding people, processes and clinical reality — not with features.
Outside work, I value time with my family, travelling and occasionally exchanging screens, roadmaps and meetings for a pair of hiking boots.
